Our Beliefs

We believe in the one true and living God

There is only One God maker of all creation; the Omniscient, Omnipotent, and Omnipresent, and everlasting Father; the source of all Life, Light, Truth, and Love. Jesus Christ, who took upon Himself all of the sins of humanity was the Perfect, Sinless, Blood Sacrifice to pay for all of humanity’s sins in full. Jesus was brutally crucified, died on the Cross for the sins of humanity, and He was raised from the dead, on the third day, by the Power of God, the Father, as the Scriptures foretold – God is Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh; He is both God and man.

Deuteronomy 6:4
“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one!”

(Ephesians 4:4-6; Colossians 2:9; 1st Timothy 3:16)

We believe the Bible is the infallible Word of God

The scriptures are God’s instructions to humanity. We believe that the original manuscripts of the Old and New Testaments of the Bible are the inerrant Word of God given through forty different writers, and the Scriptures we possess today are the sufficient rule of faith, practice, and the final authority of truth, and salvation. The scriptures direct us as to how to live a sanctified life before the Lord and the world, and they also show us the way to eternal life in Christ Jesus.

2nd Timothy 3:16
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness”

(2nd Peter 1:16-21, Psalm 19:7)

We believe in the Gospel and Plan of Salvation

We believe that everyone has sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God; thereby, we all need eternal redemption and salvation through Christ Jesus. The saving Gospel of Jesus Christ is the Good News that Jesus died for the sins of all humanity; therefore, ensuring all humanity had access to the free gift of eternal life and salvation. We obey the Gospel of Christ Jesus by following the Apostolic plan of salvation. This includes faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, sincere repentance, water baptism by immersion in the Name of Jesus Christ, and by receiving the free gift of the Holy Spirit – as a result, God will cause a person to speak in an unlearned language (tongues) as the Spirit gives them utterance. (Acts 2:4).

Mark 16:15
“And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”

(John 3:5; Matt 28:19; Mark 16:15-17; Luke 24:45-49; Acts 2; Acts 10:40-48; 2nd Thessalonians 1:8; 1st Peter 4:17)

We believe in living a Holy Life

As Christians, we are to love God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength, while loving our fellow man as ourselves. We should live a holy life inwardly and outwardly while worshipping God in spirit and truth. The Word of the Lord declares that all who Name the Name of Christ Jesus should depart from sin and separate themselves from the evil practices of this present age. As we strive to be more like Christ just like the Bible commands.

2nd Corinthians 7:1
“Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.”

(Ephesians 4:21-24; Colossians 2:6-7; 2nd Timothy 2:19; Hebrews 10:14, 12:14; Mark 12:28-31; 1st Corinthians 12:8-10)

We believe in the Final Resurrection and Final Judgement

Jesus Christ is coming back!!! The Lord shall descend from Heaven, and with the trumpet of God, the dead in Christ Jesus shall rise first, then those who are alive and remain shall meet the Lord in the air to be with the Lord forever. The righteous will inherit eternal life, and the unrighteous eternal death. The righteous shall receive their reward, and the wicked shall receive their eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire, the second death. We believe in the ultimate triumph of righteousness and in the life everlasting.

Matthew 24:31
“And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.”

(Matthew 24:30-31; 1st Corinthians 15:51-55; 1st Thessalonians 4:13-18; Romans 14:10-12; 2nd Thessalonians 1:5-10; Revelation 20:11-21)
